Honey and Cinnamon Mask
This mask will make your face brighter and if you use it for 14 days it will help you not get pimples ever again. (Supposedly. Although I personally think it works better for adults).
Thing you will need:
Honey
Cinnamon
a tablespoon
a bowl
a container to store your mask in
What to do:
1. Put 3 tablespoons of honey into a bowl.
2. Put 1 tablespoon into a bowl.
3. Mix them together.
Then you have your mask. I would wash my face before I put on the mask. Also put a towel on your pillow and on the top of your bedspread to avoid getting your mask on them. It is quite sticky and can be a pain to clean up. Trust me I know from experience.
My exercise routine:
80 sit-ups, 300 karate kicks, 10-20 lunges, 80 squats, and I lift my 1kg weights 80 times. I also swim 6 days a week at least, and walk for 2 and a half hours twice a week.
