hey guys,
last week I made double choc brownies, they tasted really yummy.
I'll be making them again this weekend.
Here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
1 block of chocloate
3/4 of a cup of unsalted butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups of sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup plain flour
1 cup chocolate chips
What to do:
1. Preheat oven to 180C
2. In a bowl ,that fits over a saucepan, of barely simmering water melt the dark chocolate and butter, stir the mixture until it is smooth.
3. Remove the bowl and let the mixture cool, until it is lukewarm.
4. Stir in the sugar and vanilla,add the eggs in one at a time and stir well after adding one.
5. add salt and flour, stir the mixture until it is just combined then add chocolate chips.
6. Pour batter into a well buttered and floured baking pan and spread evenly.
7. Put the mixture on the middle shelf of the oven and bake the mixture for 25-30 minutes or until a skewer comes out with crumbs and not goo.
8. Let Brownies cool completely then cut into bars.

Hi guys,
sorry I didn't post sooner. I don't have internet on the weekend so I didn't get around to posting. Anyway I have been so excited this week. 4 people have already read my story that I posted on Wattpad, (although at least one of those people is my dad). I was going to tell you guys this last week when there were two people that had read my book (and my dad didn't know about it yet). But I didn't get round to writing. I just want to dedicate the next chapter of my story to them, and also thanks a lot to those people that have taken the time to read my book, and also to future readers. I was so super excited when I saw on my profile that you had read my story, you might think that it was only 2 people (now 4) out of like 6 billion and that isn't much, but it still meant a lot to me. Not to mention I also finished writing my resume, but I haven't handed it in to anywhere yet.
